Going through older episodes since I’m new to the Patreon, but I lived there for 2.5 years. I heard at least 2-3 shootings from my apartment while there. Otherwise it’s a cool place. Weird, too. With a weird history. Look up “The Greensboro Massacre.” It was a shootout between local communists, klansmen, and n@zi’s back in the 70s. There’s still a prominent communist presence there to this day.
