2021-08-05 00:53:43 +0000 UTCSo a few years ago the Community Manager for the Sims was asked if early access CC / Patreon Exclusive CC was allowed. She stated that Exclusive stuff was not allowed, and that Early Access CC was fine as long as the CC was made public within 21 days. So since I like announcing all my hairs at the start of the month I just have the 3rd hair as "coming on the 9th/10th" since that is usually 21 days before the final day of the month. Hope this clears it up a bit!
