I have 2 Questions 1.Regarding the Scarborough Shoal - Why can't the Philippines just crash land a new ship...perhaps a resupply ship? I don't really understand all the technicalities about their claim and why a degrading boat is staving off the Chinese? Or 2. Why are Israel-Hamas hostage/prisoner exchanges so asymmetrical. Why were over 1000 Palestinians traded for Shalit? Is that why Bibi is reluctant to do a deal (Sinwar release)?
