What was the motivation behind the switch to Alibi music for the Lawfare podcast theme?

Bryan D. Thomas

Since the Supreme Court is the final arbiter of what constitutes a reasonable standard for regulations of the administrative bureaucracy, as well as the final arbiter of what presidential acts warrant immunity, not to mention what payments to officials constitute a bribe, for example, didn’t this term’s decisions constitute a power grab by the court even more than the creation of a “king”? Especially since the standards for immunity are so vague that even Quinta couldn’t figure them out?
