The Lawfare Podcast Feed and Trump Trials Coverage Announcement

On April 22, the Lawfare Podcast feed will look a little different. As Material Supporters on Patreon, you do not need to change anything to keep receiving ad-free versions of Lawfare podcasts. 

The Lawfare Podcast, Rational Security, and Chatter, are already all available on the Lawfare Podcast feed. Starting on Monday, our daily podcast within the feed will be renamed Lawfare Daily to distinguish the daily product from the larger feed. You’ll still be able to find Rational Security and Chatter on their own feeds as well.

We’ll be adding some important new content to the Lawfare Podcast feed as well. 

Starting with opening statements in the New York state court trial against Donald Trump, our court correspondents, including Benjamin Wittes and Anna Bower, will discuss the events of the day on a short livestream, which you’ll find on our YouTube channel. These livestreams will also be edited and released as podcasts the following morning and will be named Trump Trials & Tribulations: N.Y Trial Dispatch. 

Proceedings in the New York case are expected to occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. To accommodate that schedule, Lawfare Live: Trump’s Trials & Tribulations will move to Wednesday afternoons when court is not in session. In addition to a short overview of the previous week’s proceedings in the New York case, we will continue to bring you updates on the cases in Florida, Fulton County, and Washington, D.C. We will announce the exact time for these weekly round-ups as soon as possible. As usual, as Material Supporters, you’ll be able to join the discussion live via Riverside. We look forward to answering your questions!
