Lawfare Live: Thursday, April 28, Noon: The Electoral Count Act

For the first time in more than a century, Congress is debating  reforming the Electoral Count Act that governs how electoral votes are  counted in each presidential election. But what sort of reforms are  being (or should be) considered? And what issues is the debate failing  to cover?

On Thursday, Apr. 28, at 12:00 p.m. ET, Lawfare senior editor Scott R. Anderson--who recently wrote a related article for Politico--will sit down to answer your questions on these issues and more, along with two authors of another recent Lawfare piece on the topic: Thomas  Berry, a research fellow in the Cato Institute’s Robert A. Levy Center  for Constitutional Studies and managing editor of the Cato Supreme Court  Review, and Genevieve Nadeau, counsel at the organization Protect  Democracy.
