This was originally supposed to be a shorty, but it ended up being an average length video. Sometimes I really want to talk about rollerblading and I end up talking way too long. The other shorties are actual shorties.
SIDE NOTE: I purchased these rollerblades after going to a rollerskating disco night. I wasn't very good at the skates and my ankles got TORN UP by the rentals, so I left the disco and said to myself "I'd be better at this if I was wearing my BLADES" because I used to rollerblade all the time as a kid. Turns out, not rollerblading for 10+ years makes you less good at it. But that said, I'm slowly getting back to my full rollerblading powers. Expect to see me ripping it up on a roller disco in the near future.
ANOTHER SIDE NOTE: Did you know that Rollerblade is a brand name and not the actual name for it? It's "inline skating" I guess. Kind of like saying "Kleenex" instead of "tissue." But I've always called it rollerblading, and I have only ever owned K2 skates (not sponsored, just my pref), so forgive me.

2021-07-08 16:11:50 +0000 UTCAsking this as a legitimate and curious question - why does some of the audio in the bloopers sound like it was filmed underwater? Good content all around. Tangential - the name of iridescent surfaces like the ones on that visor or those other [SPOILERS] glasses is a "dielectric mirror". I'll spare the explanation for that one!
