January Jorts Enthusiast Stream - making a HIGH INTENSITY BIKING video

Howdy folks! It's time for the first official livestream. Tonight, I'm gonna show you my process of making a silly, green screen heavy video for my Twitch channel. I truly do not know exactly what I'm gonna do for this, so who knows where it's going to go.

You can watch using the video link above, and we'll get started at 6 p.m. EST!

(Also, I think this goes without saying, but please don't share the link around! I'd like to keep this to just you patrons, but I also figured using YouTube unlisted links would be the easiest for everyone. If this doesn't end up working well, I can always try a more secure livestreaming app in the future!)

(Also also, I tried to add as many Jorts Enthusiasts to the end credits of the hair video, but the cutoff was 5 p.m. EST on Friday, because that's when I exported the video. If you joined between then and now, thank you! I'll get you on the next vid!)

(Also also also, I know some folks might prefer if their names aren't included in the credits. If that's the case, the easiest thing to do is change your Patreon display name to something like "Anonymous" or just a totally different name! I export a full list of Jorts Enthusiast patrons and use that to edit your names into the video, so that would make it much faster and keep me from making a mistake and accidentally including you!)

Became a Jorts man on the day of so I missed the stream, but if this is what I have to look forward to I can't see myself leaving.

At the end of the day I think Brian should be the one to set the boundaries and rules. We’re all here to support Brian and his craft and as much as I respect the idea behind the “be chill” I don’t think it’s a good way to include people and educate about proper boundaries. It leaves a lot in the air and probably scared/shamed a couple people away from participating in stream yesterday. So I like the idea just not the execution but I’m also a cancer and super sensitive to people’s feelings and just want everyone to get along lol.

Good stream yesterday! Wanted to ask folks who were there - what are people's thoughts on the "be chill" reminders? It's something a few of us were doing last night out of habit from the exercise streams, but we should note that we're not mods - we're just random folks interested in maintaining a healthy creator/community boundary. But if it's a community, then we should really talk to each other about it. Let me know what you think!

I couldn't watch it live but I watched the video during my breaks at work. Really helped me get through the hell of working at Walmart during the pandemic

this is a very helpful suggestion! I'll hold off on making a playlist and just always tag new posts with "livestream"

These jorts are stuffed to the brim with excitement.

Jeanette!

Thanks for a great stream! And thanks for a good time in chat, #jortsquad

Just a suggestion about these streams - don't make a playlist with them. First it's really easy to share, but also if people bookmark the playlist they can keep watching new VODs that get added to it even if they are no longer patrons. People can make their own playlist, just make sure you tag those livestream posts so new patrons can go back and find the old ones.
