IRL ASMR + mini health update

Thankfully it's looking like I avoided surgery, although I'm not 100% in the clear yet. But for now, I'm looking good! Sorry about the little delay, my body sucks 😔 (don't worry about me or feel bad, I promise I'm good lol)
