Quick menu for PC version

For the android version I left the quick menu for usability.
But is it necessary for the PC version?
I was trying to make the game visually more like a movie. To have a full screen picture and "subtitles" on the bottom. (Pic. 1) Because you always may use right mouse button for access to menu.
But maybe it would be more convenient if we have the quick menu at the bottom center of the screen (as standard)? (Pic. 2)
Or, so that the quick menu doesn't interfere with the text, should it be moved to the top right corner? (Pic. 3)

If one plays it on win10 tablet menu comes handy
