You can see Medic running away, and stairs are appearing right in front of him. That was supposed to be a Fortnite reference. I tried to create the feeling like Medic was building those stairs, but it was almost impossible, and not that fun as I thought it will look like. So I decided to do something else. The idea of this part was the oldest one, and I was thinking to show with it - why there is a lot of stairs on the background in this video! So now you know the truth!
The part with the terrified Medic running away took me a couple of days until one of my friends [CyberSins] told me that the Medic should better do his job and try to help Heavy, so he will put his hand into the Heavy's mouth. It was the moment when I finally imagined these scenes and continued to work!
About Heavy's hands:
My wife [Lemon] helped me to make this part even worse! :D
I asked her to make something like "Sponge Bob"\"Ren & Stimpy" style close-up of Heavy's hands. And she made it! She also learned how to draw veins while making this art!
Btw only on the first picture below you can see, that I started with AI and result was not like what I wanted to see! Anyway Lemon decided to redraw everything from scratch. She was using AI generated hands just as the reference for some tiny skin, glove textures:
The entire part of the stomach insides was built as the Scenebuild on the same map!
