Announcement update!

I originally planned on using the old channel again, given its reach and longstanding popularity but... it's actually being suppressed, too. Sometimes it has twice the views, but all new uploads on that channel are shadowbanned. 

To check if your video is shadowbanned, open an incognito browser, turn on restricted mode, and paste the URL. If it's restricted, you'll get a warning and you can't view it. Youtube doesn't tell a creator if a video is shadowbanned. 

According to some accounts from creators and Partner Managers (I'll have to ask mine to clarify too...), when a video is shadowbanned, it will be recommended to less people and get less views. 

During my experiments, I learned that almost 60% of videos on memoriaASMR channel are shadowbanned. Also, because of my experiments, a fresh new channel which was OK to upload on at first... became as bad as my old channel, where all uploads (including ones not shadowbanned on memoria channel) become shadowbanned. 

In the meantime I'll continue as normal. I might have Lonely Housewife 3&4 for you this coming weekend (yes two episodes!) - I already finished editing it. I already appealed many of my videos (I know some definitely need work/updating, so I appealed the ones that I feel was wrongly restricted) and now playing the waiting game.

P.S. I was busy working on thumbnails the past week or so, too. I've gone through half of the old channel's thumbnails and made new thumbnails.. But I'll pause the efforts on that and focus on memoriaASMR channel again.

Honestly, this shadowban business is making me feel apathetic towards the issue. I can't reach as many people as I hope I would, but I don't want to give up on you who's already here. So I'll continue, and just hope that the appeals go through.
