PSA: Apple iOS fees + What your options are

due to some changes that Apple is making to subscriptions in the iOS store, if you subscribed to any (not only my) Patreon account via iOS going forward they'll charge you a 30% fee.
IMPORTANT:
This fee is going directly to Apple creators don't see a cent of it, and it was entirely decided by Apple. Neither Patreon as a platform or us as creators had any say or options in this case. We all dislike it just as much as all the iOS users probably do.
The best course of action:
If you're currently subbed via a subscription made via iOS you'll be best served to delete your pledge and re-sub on a non-iOS device, best via a desktop browser or from an Android device.
The fee can quickly increase your cost, as it counts individually for each Patreon subscription you have live.
