it's another sketch reward cycle, and this time the theme is HALLOWEEN!

I think the event is pretty self-explanatory: Give me a character (OC or fanart) and a costume/theme for them, and I will mix the two things together!
As always, this is only relevant to the members in the sketch tiers!
