Term 04 Character Suggestions THEME: Halloween

it's time to figure out what kind of reward we're going to have for Term 04 in October!
Since October is also Halloween we will skip the theme suggestions this cycle and go straight into character suggestions.
The theme is going to be: HALLOWEEN!
Please suggest characters below. Feel free to suggest characters and costume ideas for those characters. If you're suggesting horror franchise characters you don't need to suggest any costumes of course (e.g. the Nurse from Silent Hill wouldn't need a costume suggestion).
On friday I will pick characters from your suggestions and put them into a poll!

I would have suggested a special form of Kumo-san (from "Kumo desu ga nani ka"), but it's kind of a spoil of the end of the first season and quite far in the manga, so not sure what's your stance on that :c So I'll go instead for Lena from 86, or Blake from RWBY? (As for costumes, kitty cat for Blake ofc, but no idea for Lena x) )
