On the same path and I hurt everywhere lol. Try Renaissance Periodisation on YT, Dr Mike is a great coach on lifting/cardio and diet. Now all I have to do is figure out if all the yoga pants in the gym are something I'm not supposed to look at when they're doing squats 2 feet from my face. Props on the before and after btw.
