Lol. "We create our own biology". That ust be the most pretentious and absurd thing I've ever heard. Character is hereditary. There have been plenty of research on adopted children. Even when they get adopted at an early age, when you compare their character with their non biological parents and brothers, they are not more similar to them than any random person you could pick in the street. The most dascinating studies are the ones involving twins separated at birth. Even if they didn't know each other and they meet at 40 for the first time, their character is extremely similar. It's even argued that twins who grow up together tend to be more different because they may want to differenciate themselves from the other twin, but those twins separated at birth never feel the need to "be different" and they end up beeing eerily similar.

The inequality is not biology-based, it merely has cultural causes. It's the materialistic culture, which causes it. It cannot have biological reasons, because kids raised by mothers with a bad character are not a biological advantage. In the final end it never makes sence to argue based on biology, because what might hold true for animals cannot hold true for humans. We create our own biology, while animals do not. That's why humans form a fourth Reich above stones, plants and animals. Think about it ...

1. I don't think the equivalent of self development in men is make-up tutorials. That may be the equivalent of sports, since both have an impact in physical appearance. The equivalent is feminism.
2. Contrary to what you suggest the biological differences among sexes in animals are often fewer than in humans.
Take running. There's barely no difference between male and female horses or dogs. And if you look at lions, the females are much faster. If you go to professional human athletes, the difference is about 10% in favor of men. The fastest female 100m sprinter would be 2192nd in 2019 if she competed against men.
And this difference grows in sedentary people. Men have a huge advantage due to more muscles in legs, lung capacity and obviously testosterone. In other disciplines such as weighlifting, professional males outperform women up to 40%.
