the prevailing theory is that Peppermint is a Final Fantasy album, since the GaMetal Bard was initially a recolored FF1 White Mage, which uses white and red (the colors of a peppermint). add on to this that Jonny's done very little FF music since Peppermint was announced back in 2021 despite being an outspoken lover of the series' music and it seems very likely
