My country ended daylight savings, those are from a time most energy consumption was from lights, now that they are fluorescent or LED, energy consumption comes from other sources, here, mostly from showers. So, government ended this, and there were people wanting it back just so they can have some extra sunlight, tell that to the people who have to wake up with even more cold and darkness.
