GaMetal XII Early Download!
Added 2023-02-06 01:19:14 +0000 UTCHey again Patrons, here's your early download for the 2022 compilation album, GaMetal XII!

Like V-XI, this is all of the GaMetal songs from 2022 combined onto one album, so you can download all 2022 songs in a single convenient download. All songs have also been given original names, as is now GaMetal tradition.
In the past, I've separated songs onto different 'discs', but it seems with the rise of digital downloads, disc separation has fallen by the wayside, so all 49 songs from last year are on the same disc (disc 1). The songs have instead been grouped together by game/series, and loosely by appearance throughout the year. For example, since King Olly started off the year, it is the first song, and is then followed by all other Mario songs from 2022. Live & Learn was the last song, so it is track 49, and comes after the other two sonic songs from 2022 (Emerald Hill and Supporting Me). It makes sense once you see it I promise. ð
However, I did use the disc tag to separate the five bonus tracks. They're on disc 2.
This year's bonus tracks are:
- Battle 2 (Final Fantasy IV) (2023 Remaster)
- The Stains of Time (Metal Gear Rising Revengeance) (Instrumental Arrangement)
- Panic in the Sky! (TMNT: Shredder's Revenge) (Instrumental Arrangement)
- Live & Learn (Sonic Adventure 2) (Instrumental Arrangement)
- Surprise Attack! (Star Fox 2) (2023 Remaster)
Also included with the download(s) this year is a folder with all of the 2022's song art, in their original full resolution quality.
All of the license-able 2022 songs for streaming services are already up as singles, but this album will still be submitted as a compilation of those songs, along with the bonus tracks (only the first 4, Surprise Attack! still lacks an official US release so I can't get that one up, unfortunately ðĨē). The album will be released publicly on the GaMetal Bandcamp page sometime next weekend (will confirm a date, alongside a Youtube Livestream date, later this week). Other file formats will be available from there as well.
I hope you enjoy GaMetal XII!
PS: Album art by Kelsey Peterson (nintendonut1)! This year's element is water.
PPS: Once the BandCamp release goes public, the drive link above might die a few months after, as I may need to eventually free up drive space. Rest assured you can still get the album for free and in all formats at said BandCamp release!
