Update and Preview Post! December 3rd, 2021

Hey Patrons, it's time for the first update post of the month!

Songs
In the last major update post, I confirmed the final remaining songs for the year, the next of those being MECHA BEE DESTROYER BLASTLORD which I've included a WIP preview of in this post for you. I should have this one finished sometime between the beginning to middle of next week.

The rest of the to-do list is currently:

• 2nd: PSX Medley (song list here)
• December: King Olly Medley (Paper Mario: The Origami King)
• December: The Azure Arbitrator (The Legend of Heroes: Ao No Kiseki)
• December (Possibly, before finale)/January: Lost in Thoughts All Alone (Fire Emblem Fates)
• 2022: Waiting For You (Silent Hill 4)

PSX Medley will be the second song this month, after MBDB.

I'm currently considering switching up the last 2 songs of the year and making King Olly the finale rather than Azure Arbitrator, but i'm still giving it some thought. Either way, they should both be finished and up towards the end of the month.

Streams
Our next Patreon Stream will take place at our usual date and time: December 5th, starting around 3:00 PM US Central Time. I updated the current Patreon Request List this morning, but for those on the request list tier, you still have some time to submit your list or changes to it in the post.

The song chosen in that stream plus my monthly handpicked choice won't be completed this month, but will likely be done in January or February at the latest.

On an important-but-not-really-important note, starting next year, I'll be moving the request list over to a spreadsheet, like we do with the ballot results. The request list post has gotten so long that it creates a crazy amount of lag on the edit page... so yea, I gotta fix that, lol. I'll be making a whole new post for the request list in January (which will be the 17th edition), but until then, request list tier Patrons can still post new or updated lists in the current version.

With all I have going on this month (3 big/complicated songs coming up after MBDB), I'm not quite sure if I'll have enough time for a listening stream at the moment, but if I feel I've made good enough progress, we might have one sometime in the second half of the month. I'll give you all a few days notice in advance like last time (keep an eye on update posts).

Other Stuff
In case you missed it, I mentioned in the Elder Princess Shroob post that I have a big announcement coming for you this week!

So without further ado, I'm thrilled to announce...

PROJECT FIRE IS COMPLETE!!

This is a 'smaller' project that I had been working on alongside the other announced secret project, Project Peppermint (the official 200k sub special). When it started to look like I might not have Peppermint ready this year, I shifted my focus to Fire instead, and managed to finish it up a few days ago.

I'm not quite ready to confirm an exact date, however, I can confirm that there will be a reveal later this month. I'm wanting to get PSX Medley either complete or nearly complete before then, so once I've made enough progress on that, I'll confirm a date for everyone.
