Ohh the infamous 100k rule. one of the biggest shitstorms for tripleS π this is the only time they really talked about it and it seems it was only for AAA and KRE and then completely scrapped. it hasnt been mentioned since and many units have sold over 100k

Like you said, 100k sales is basically just βif the fans really want it, they can stay.β I also think they designed it this way(100k sales) so fans donβt get stuck favoring only 1 or 2 units, especially since they have bigger plans for the future(Now). Because of her previous companies(Hybe) she had been conditioned to not eat much and diet in a terrible way. So in these early days as a TripleS member the othe memebers often had to keep reminding Yubin to eat more and that it was fine.
