Advice needed

can you help with an advice? So one of my vans back door won't close (i mean it stays wide open and when i try to close it there's a proper resistance meaning the problem is in the bottom hing) So in the photos above the last one is the hinge of the good door and the first three photos is the same hinge from the door which won't close. Can you figure out what's wrong with it and what should i do to it to make it work again. PS the big metal part which is modified on the broken hinge is not the issue, it's been like that before as i think the previous van owners had the same issue in the past so they bended it like that to access the parts of hinge mechanism. please let me know before i call out a mechanic, maybe i can fix it myself before spending money on this.
