I have recommended it already and although I am not sure if it can surpass Mayhem for you, I am shocked that as a Little Monster I view this album being neck to neck with Mayhem, although the style is different, so it is hard to properly compare. Something Beautiful by Miley Cyrus is the one I am talking about. It is meant to be listened from start to end, because each song connects with the other one. It was mixed by Alan Meyerson, who worked on soundtrack for Dune Part One. In a way it sounds like a soundtrack, while still being a progressive pop album, which is truly fascinating, because recently she released a movie of the same name, where the whole album is performed and so it is literally the soundtrack for that and the movie is like one big music video. But since the album came first, it gives that full circle feeling after you finish the movie. The album is like a soundtrack for a movie and the movie embodies the visual aspect for the album, which was meant to be used for a movie.
