Taehyun with Bird Of Night just proves why hes my bias and that his voice is perfection! Also hes just one of the most unique voices in all of kpop and one of my ults. I cant believe its been this long since they put solos out. I need more Taehyun! My order is Bird of Night, Song of The Stars, Ghost Girl, Beautiful Strangers, Upside Down Kiss, Dance With You, Sunday Driver, and Take My Half. I still love their hard core emo stuff like Love Song and Frost but this album is definitely one of my favs!

I liked it when I listened to the album but then the MV dropped and it felt like I understood the song a lot better HAHA maybe it’s just me though (I am a Yeonjun bias after all) My faves were Beautiful Strangers, Ghost Girl and Upside Down Kiss!

2025-08-07 16:00:19 +0000 UTCSong of the Stars is my favorite B-side this time. My favorite solo is, without a doubt, Bird of Night — my man Taehyun snapped! I’ve always loved his voice and admired him, but I wish he had more opportunities to showcase his talent. Everyone’s acting like this is the first time they’re hearing his voice, and it makes me a bit sad. I want to see him on TV, reality shows, radio shows, etc., and really gain the attention he deserves. I have conflicted feelings about this EP, though. The title track and promoted songs — Upside Down Kiss and Beautiful Strangers — feel weak compared to their previous releases. Since it’s their 7th year, I was personally expecting something more. Only Song of the Stars met my expectations. I was really hoping for something like Blue Hour; something uplifting and magical, especially after the Tomorrow album. I am glad to hear the similar thoughts from you, PD.

2025-08-07 14:07:12 +0000 UTCI am so in love with this album. I think it was such a perfect way to end their lore with an album about connecting and coming together while also being yourself. Which really was their whole theme if you could sum it up Honestly Song of the Stars made me cry so much the first time I heard it. I am such a huge fan of their lore and since the beginning they have been talking about needing to remember the song of the stars and so finally having it felt so surreal. It’s easily my favorite song on the album and if it wasn’t for the fact that Loser Lover will always be my favorite song- Song of the Stars reallllyyyy is fighting for that number 1 song. If I had to pick a favorite solo, Bird of Night is my favorite. The meaning of the song is really relevant to me, I struggle a lot with insomnia and anxiety at night. I love every song on this album so much though. As others have mentioned each solo song on the album have their own music video and their own recording behind! We also got a group recording behind for the other 3 songs. I hope you are able to at least check out their music videos and if you have time, the recording behinds!

I have grown so much and they have grown so much and it feels like we are both starting a new chapter and that’s comforting and sad to me at the same time. A some sort of goodbye it was beautiful. I can’t wait to see where txt goes next musically.

I think it encapsulates the journey TXT has taken from their debut to now. In my album ranking, I would also put Song of the Stars in first place, it feels like a great finale. As you mentioned, it's a mix of everything that is TXT. It reminds me of songs like Nap of a Star, Magic Island, and Runaway, which, even if they are part of their lore, are also the identity of TXT as a whole. I can't help but wonder how it would feel to hear that song at the end of one of their concerts. I would cry my eyes out. And to let you know, they released MVs for each solo, it would be interesting to watch you react to them <3

Taehyun said that he liked how his song comes right before Song of the Stars because you end on his song and start on his line in the next song which makes it even more emotional. They're currently dropping behind the scene videos for each solo if you ever feel like checking them out! Edit: Just came back from watching Taehyun’s behind, you should absolutely check them out Taehyun is insane.

If you have listen so many of TXT teaser, many times they teaser sound different from the album. Example - Drama in The Dream Chapter Eternity Concept Trailer with the actual song. (I really hope they make it as official released for this version) - Blue Hour mv teasers. well it's not they lie but Slow Rabbit know to showcase which part of the hidden sound from the song to be as the teaser 😅 PD, you actually right about Yeonjun's Ghost Girl. Based on the official news, the song genre is Reggae Rock. FYI, TXT released mv for all solo songs.

2025-08-06 14:59:04 +0000 UTCI would agree with your statement abt Song of the Stars, it just encapsulates their entire journey of music and even their storyline up to now in such a beautiful & peaceful way. It definitely has that feel of being a timeless TXT comfort song if that makes sence. But as far as rankings, my fav song on this album is actually Ghost Girl (but I attribute that to me loving the style of music & being a huge fan of Yungblud like Yeonjun lol). After that, it's Beautiful Strangers, Upside Down Kiss, Bird of Night, Dance With You, Song of the Stars, Take My Half, & Sunday Driver. Honestly my ranking just reflects my style of music if anything bcz ALL the solo songs were just incredible & makes me exited for the (hopelully) future full solo releases from all of them. Hope my rankings don't shock you too much PD 🤣
