19:36 – Gwanshik was actually reciting a well-known poem called Flag (깃발) by the famous 20th-century Korean poet, Yu Chihwan (유치환). In the poem, there’s a line that goes, 'This is a silent cry, an eternal handkerchief of nostalgia waving toward the vast blue ocean.' He just wanted to prove to Aesun that he knows the word 'nostalgia,' so he’s worthy of being her husband. 😝

2025-07-19 21:40:35 +0000 UTCI am at work doing my night shift , and the notification is making me look forward to the day after i take my nap. I have to say, i am not mentally ready for this show. But its been on my list since it came out, and I thought if i was gonna watch it someday anyway , better watch it with PD. The first episode alone made be so emotional, i am telling u these child actors actresses these days are on another level. I always get amazed. Also the way they always make us so connected emotionally and make us root for certain characters before they just kill the character and that always gets to me 🥲, when her mothers end was being forshadowed i knew my hearts gonna suffer🥺 And PD , I had a question! Remember u mentioned u will be starting lovely runner once study group was done ? When can we expect that to be added to drama club? I stilled havnt caught up with the last 3 episodes of study group reaction but i know its already been completed. So out of my love for the series , just wanted an update.🙂

IU is surprisingly convincing as a "minor" considering that she is 32 years old in real life.
