You already know there will be more situations to get Jiyoon change her mindset, so at this moment it was just because of the song choice. I think she is a fan of TaeYang/BIGBANG and this ballad songs of theirs. She trained under The Black Label prior to joining WakeOne and it got me thinking she joined The Black Label because of TaeYang/Teddy. Random side note: I have recently found out Fuko could debut in the upcoming P Nation girl group, which is being produced by SoYeon. This makes me excited, because rewatching this show now makes me like Fuko a lot! The moment with Somi in this episode and the question she asked… I was touched a lot + I appreciated they showed other contestants background and that Jeemin is not the only member trying her luck again after not making it elsewhere, because later on Mnet will mention this about Jeemin all the time and not about the other ones… Although! Fuko is popular a lot and fans want her to debut pretty much under any label, which is debuting a new girl group soon, so keep that in mind that the P Nation thing is not official! I am not sure if I have a preference between the Bad Boy performance and Like OOH-AHH… both did not amaze me as Whistle or Panorama did, but both were not bad either… Although I enjoyed Eyes, Nose, Lips more, I would give it to the Fine performance, because as a team they worked better together. Minsol did really well, but it felt like Jiyoon’s stage featuring Minsol and that was not the point of this round. They should have sent Jiyoon alone there. 😅😅 In that scenario it would be more fair in the regard that Minsol wouldn’t win just because being there with Jiyoon

Since I’m a SONE, I will always be highly critical of any covers from SNSD/Taeyeon so I have high expectation to “Fine” for both Jungeun and Fuko. (Not kinda agree with PD here about ENL being the harder song to pull off because this song is also not easy especially the last part). I won’t say that Jungeun and Fuko did a perfect job but I think both vocals compliment each other nicely and for me personally it edged out ENL a bit (it’s a close game though because Jiyoon performed the best here out of the 4). Even though Minsol did really well, I still think the gap between her and Jiyoon was too huge to overlook. But I can totally see why Ground team won in this since it’s a close game and the judges can have different perspectives and I think they judge it in the same mindset as PD. I have no expertise in Dance cover or performance so I will let others comment about it lol.
