The thing with Killua liking Gon is purely friendship relationship. Killua did not know this feeling of having a friend his whole life + if you think about it… he has always gone mentally bad, when he stopped being around Gon, so it all leads to Killua literally having Gon as the best person for him, but still on a friendship level only

The second part can be platonic, but with the context of them talking about dates, then him saying that made me think, this is love love, not just friendship love. Maybe he doesn't realize it. And they're children so ofc children say that all the time. But It's just a bit sus haha

He is in total control of the situation, knows what's happening and not that naive for his age. Like others have moments time to time but mostly portrayed as not getting the real intentions from the pursuers.

2025-03-16 07:07:03 +0000 UTCI remember I was like Gons age watching the episode and Palm being annoying but didnt think it was weird bc it seemed like a comedic, non romantic type of date and not knowing her age being my logic but then I distinctly remember them dropping the last lines of narration and I was like OH NO PALM YOURE CREEP EW THATS AN ADULT, I think at the time the implications went over my head 😅
