2025-01-16 19:36:06 +0000 UTCGosh I was crying rivers when the track was pre-released and then the MV dropped and I cried even more. Like how the pocket watch was at 01:16 (Gfriend's debut/anniversary date) and the many references to their past MVs and other songs and of course the butterfly. But also the entire song being in Korean, Yuju and Eunha getting half of the song to themselves and Sowon being the one with the least line and it just felt like we are back back. Also please react to their performances on the music shows and studio choom! (And another note! They were never disbanded but just their contract was terminated. There was quite a lot of drama surrounding the fight over the trademark of the name Gfriend lmao but I get they had to go back to Soumu bc of licenses of their older songs and copyright issues.)

It sounds like Gfriend, it's emotional but not sad, the choreo uses same or similar moves and formations as their past choreos, which I think is perfect for a 10 year anniversary. I hope you can check the Studio Choom and their performances of this song. Thanks!

Nonethless, Weeekly often show their love for gfriend's music, so I got to know LOTS of their songs and choreos through them. VIVIZ became one of my favorite groups ever by the time Pull Up and VarioUS was released. It's amazing to see performers and artists that you can see and watch and think, yeah, that's what an idol is meant to be. That's what gfriend is

Really went back and watched some of their mvs and they have indeed that nostalgic feeling loved what i have heard so far and for sure they have their own distinctive sound that song really sounds like their older ones and i'm glad for that

I stan Gfriend since 2016, and if we see it objectively, of course we could say they suddenly disbanded, but Sowon has always been saying during all these 4 years in every interview that Gfriend never disbanded, it was a contract termination and that they will definitely comeback. They appeared on Lee Youngji's "Rainbow of Yeoungji" youtube show (I'm pretty sure that's the name of her show) and again, Sowon saying "we never disbanded" 💕 In the behind the scenes (or was it in Sowon's youtube channel?) she was worried because she is the only member that was not active musically, but as an entertainer/actress so she was worried about her performance after all these 4 years 🥲 Please PD watch the Season of Memories Studio Choom, and the live stages, they promoted in the four music shows mcountdown, music bank, inkigayo and show music core.
