actually the audio in riize’s performance sounds weird bcuz mama edited it so you cant hear the fans screaming seunghan’s name and riize is 7. they treated the fans horribly it was a mess

2024-12-10 03:30:05 +0000 UTCFanFact about JYP: Although his solo debut happened in 1994, he debuted in 1992 with his group Park Jin Young and the NG (NG standing for New Generation). It was 3 members group, but they were not popular and disbanded like a year after their debut. I was so proud of him performing there in the US chapter. Considering him being one of the ones, who were at the dawn of Kpop and him being the one, who made the US push with Wonder Girls back then, made it all feel like coming full circle of this whole journey. I got literally teary-eyed and emotional!! I wish Wonder Girls would have joined him there! Every time I heard the “JYP” (not the whispering one, the louder one), my mind went: “AND THE WONDER GIRLS!” I honestly think his: “I’M BACK” was a reference to the: “JYP! AND THE WONDER GILRS, WE’RE BACK!!” Besides this… my favorite performance was Young Posse’s. They are just crazy!! I have a lot of visions for various groups I would like to create (actually I have many notes of how my groups’ career could possibly look like and some of them are connected to each other through a survival show (something like the relationship of Enhypen and &Team), but with the idea of them interacting with each other as YG Family used to do!). But obviously those dreams would be too big to make as my first step into this job (if I was provided to do so…). So to start with something easier and with the consideretion of what this generation needs, I would make a group exactly like Young Posse! Basically 1TYM of the 5th generation! Damn, I wish this group the best!! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽

2024-12-09 19:24:33 +0000 UTCregarding the audio of riize's performance clip I noticed that the pre recorded vocals seem too be much louder than their actual live vocals, at least on video - which is a shame bc they're great live. i think that might be why you were confused in the beginning as to why the sound of their vocals is so clear. I've noticed that while almost every group uses pre recorded live vocals (since it kind of became standard practice during the pandemic), they are often louder for sm groups...

2024-12-09 17:21:37 +0000 UTCoh pd you need to get into katseye performances!! the group is made up of amazing performers from around the world (3 originally lived in USA but of diff ethnicities, idk when sophia moved to philippines so i didnt count her) they did a mini asia tour (korea, japan, philippines) and did some performances on korean music shows they also did a mini documentary-like series following this tour which was very insightful and a great look into the group and members' personalities/ work ethic, and met other hybe artists, also visited sophia’s house in the philippines which was so sweet😭 all their parents look after every girl like their own daughter https://youtube.com/playlist? if you're going to check out anything non performance related i think it should be this, it's so moving to me to see such a sharing of cultures, music and sisterhood within this group and i feel like this series expresses this beautifully list=PLCAMlcgSf9aYhRbmBQJH4engeQi_0m8hu&si=g8YAKq65zHHhk0RJ they've done a ton of interviews which were so funn, and funny predebut videos on their channel they have a 'survival show' and netflix docu following that but i haven't watched it and people seem to have mixed opinions so idk whether to reccomend that.. the performances are on youtube and some of them are pretty good tho i recommend checking out the dance practice or a wide angle of this performance since the camerawork did NOT do this choreo justice esp dani's part🥲 also love to see the lara praise she’s such a star sorry for the ramble i don't play when it comes to groups i like😭

Yes sadly Manon was sick, i think you missed one of the best part of the dance break because you were realising she was missing, at 14:16 3 of the girls are doing the split on beat and in sync and it's crazy !! If you are interesseted i highly recommand the dance practice for this performance, the choreo is even crazier than what was showed ! Katseye have a bright future, i'm really excited for their comeback !
