Continuing/Modding Discontinued Games
Added 2024-12-27 16:11:03 +0000 UTCI would like to give some games "closure". I will try to get the original author's approval and vision. It will be to get it to the point where the story ends (or at least the main storyline has a good ending)
Ideally I would like to know the reasons it was discontinued or removed so the Mod/Fork will not run into the same issue.
I'll start with RenPy Games for now (since thats the engine I'm making my own game on - See next post) but also looking at Twine, Unity and others.

P.S. I've talked to some of original developer since then... Some have said they would be happy if others take over and some have shared why they HAD to discontinue. They clarified many things on what actually happened to the game. I cannot say more but maybe we can work together in the future. I thank them for making the game, but understand.
