Rostow purported to be calling on behalf of "a party" of like-minded individuals, strongly recommending that the president form a blue ribbon commission consisting of non-partisan gentlemen (including, "maybe Nixon," LOL) and absolutely no Supreme Court Justices (again, LOL).
