Happy New Years!

I hope you all have a wonderful new year as we see off 2025 and welcome in 2026.

First, I want to genuinely thank you all so much for being here, for supporting this story and for making it what it is.

What a year it has been, back in early June, end of May I had a random Idea that we needed more cooking stories, and being a fan of Campfire cooking in another world, and waiting for season 2, I figured hell I'll try writing a story!

Never under any wildest dreams did I expect to get where we are today from back in the day where I was just excited to get the TFTC from Metafy, and that was pretty much it for 2 months of posting, which for a new author let me tell you, it's an amazing feeling knowing someone is there reading your work, to today where I get 60-70 comments in 24hrs with over 6k views per chapter, or even changes in real life where I am able to step away from my day-to-day job and actually start writing full time, how times have changed.

But looking to the future, 2026 is going to be a giant year; the books will be released on audio, ebook, and print under Aethon, I'm working on a secret side project as well which I will give Patreon a sneak peek too before I release it to the world.

All this is to say, thank you all for making 2025 unbelievable, and I hope you all continue to join me for an absolutely amazing 2026!

(I don't know if a chapter will be out tonight. I'll be celebrating the new years, but there will still be five this week regardless if it's out tonight or not <3 )
