Haseul trained in Opera and was on her way to become an opera singer till she was scouted. there are clips of her singing opera 🤩 her voice is so clear and crisp singing pop. but yo the Haseul Rap 😁. good job with faces to names. Haseul has a sharp nose and Hyunjin a rounder nose. but it gets more difficult later when u see the Triplet Line - Choerry Hyunjin Hyeju aka OliviaHye. going forward various members will get cameos in other members MV and knowing faces will help enjoy the MV more. most first timers miss the cameo appearances. enjoy my dude and oyeah - stan KimLip ❤️😁 and Loona a team of visuals and aces OT12

2024-05-11 03:30:11 +0000 UTClol it's funny that you didn't like yeojin's solo bc it's one of my favorites, but i also just really like cutesy songs. i'm glad you liked haseul's solo, i think it suits her so well. sadly many of the 1/3 members + yeojin were seriously underrated after loona debuted. excluding heejin, they barely got any lines. thanks for the reaction tho i'm excited for you to check out the other members, they have a different sound.

Firstly, I appreciate that you're a musician, and can appreciate songs like Let Me In, and Sonatine, where most other reactors would've not given them the time of day. But you also know a bop when you hear it, especially when you reacted to OEC's album (which is still my favorite KPOP album of all time). Their music is so diverse, it spans all different kinds of genres, there's something for everyone when it comes to Loona's discography. Yet their music still has a distinct "Loona sound". I think you're starting to get it now. Thanks again for spending the time to check out this group. I still miss them every day, but at least we have ARTMS, Loossemble, and Chuu and Yves' solos. I can't wait to watch the next part!

I really appreciate your reaction style and it's nice to see people just enjoy Loona again. Knew that you would love Hyunjin and Haseul's solos! Don't worry that you don't vibe with Yeojin's solo. She doesn't even vibe with it anymore. While it was age appropriate for when she was 14, you kinda want to put that behind you when you enter your 20s. And yeah.. Yeojin hits different in 1/3... thats because it's Vivi. Sorry I had to do that to you. Tho you got everyone else right and I can see where the confusion comes from. Yeojin isn't in a sub unit and no one officially knows why. Last thing! You need to watch the Wall.live version of Kim Lip's twilight and Haseul's Let me in. It's my favorite vocal performance of both of those songs. 2024-05-10 03:06:37 +0000 UTCI agree that Heejin's solo song hasnt exactly aged well. Like you said its super minimalistic production wise but i think its good for what it is. It was certainly an interesting choice to emit the first part of Hyunjin's solo in the official mv but given how narratively driven loona is i kinda get it. Yeojin debuted at the age of 14 and yes she is the youngest of the group. Her song is actually very age appropriate as the lyrics talk about consent. Its been praised for its message. The choruses of My Sunday and My Melody are actually different but the rest of the song is basically the same. Actually a pretty cool creative choice. Yeojin was actually not included in any of the subunits (probably because she was too young at the time) the girl with the pink hair in Love & Live is Vivi who debuted with the unit and then had her solo afterwards. 1/3's entire concept is very much retro which is why you will see a lot of props or effects in the videos that harken back to that era. Its pretty refreshing these days because there isnt a lot of music like this in kpop right now. My personal fav from them is Rain 51db. Vivi is chinese and at the time of her debut was still very much not fluent in Korean so there are some behind the scenes videos of her practicing the lyrics to her song with the other members to get the pronounciation right. Vivi is also the oldest member in loona which usually comes as a shock to people just because of how adorable she is. Jinsoul's appearance in Vivi's 2nd mv was actually the first time the fans had heard or seen her and most people thought she would be the next member to debut which we now know is not the case.

2024-05-10 02:11:50 +0000 UTCAlso after 1/3, you’ll notice the girls representative colors and animals will be a little more obvious (Kim Lip’s Eclipse drenched in red and shots of the owl, etc). 1/3’s videos had a bit more budget than the rest of the girls; they actually shot all over the world. Heejin shot Vivid and her album jacket shoot in Paris; Hyunjin in Japan, Haseul in Iceland; My Melody in Taiwan, Love & Live in New Zealand, Sonatine in Hong Kong. After them they kind of reeled in the budget a bit which you commented on in Eclipse (but I think that Eclipse is still a beautifully shot video and it’s one of my favorites). For their first comeback in Butterfly to Why Not they went back to shooting around the world. Also, Haseul is the ot12 leader so I’m so glad you are drawn to her! She was on hiatus after Butterfly and came back for PTT, so once you get to those vids you’ll notice there’s only 11 members. Can’t wait for you to get into YYXY because they’re my fave unit! 🤍

I remember them saying yeojin was too young to be in the sub unit because she needed to focus on school, so that’s why in the loonaverse yeojin went “missing” which is why it’s vivi in the subunit instead. The loonaverse definitely makes these mvs more fun to watch. If you’re ever interested in getting a small idea of what’s going on in the MVs, I recommend watching LOONA Avengers of Kpop!
