Added 2021-12-04 19:43:15 +0000 UTCHey guys! I was feeling festive this week so I made these! perfect to add some miniature goodness to your Christmas trees and garlands, and if youre planning to gift a friend or loved one a model, how can you not want to present it in one of these?!
I've put it in the image, but the LED you see is essentially a hole I've cut in the top (an optional one, you don't need to use that version), which allows you to poke a Christmas tree LED through to illuminate the interior of the bauble (got to thank Ty @ Tableflip Foundry for that suggestion)!
They're a bit bigger than I'd thought so they fit a 6" build plate perfectly but are a little too large for a 5.5" which is unfortunate. I'm making slightly smaller ones that can fit the 5.5" but it means resizing the sockets.
They'll be in the monthly files in the next few minutes!
Supports aren't included at the moment as I just finished the sculpts and wanted to share them, so they're being worked on and test printed right now.
I'll be painting mine with a nice solid silver on the outside and then painting a candy style tint of GW red contrast for a nice shiny Christmas vibe!!
Who's going to be printing these out for their tree?!

Thanks for the compliment! you can get a good number ready for next year though! I'm going to do a whole tree of them for my office ready for next Christmas! :-)
