Gotta say I’m excited to see two Shaga sluts getting into trouble together! Soniq is best Sonic. I can only assume the same for Knux ;)

Based on the fact that he said he “dealt with him”, either poor Knux has been put through a similar feminization process like Sonic/Soniq, albeit rather forcefully, or something different, and perhaps much worse. It’s only a matter of time before Sonic/Soniq blows their top completely and declares to cut all ties to Shaga, even if it means losing company benefits, but at least it’ll give them a reason to reconcile with the friends who avoided whatever fate might’ve happened to Knuckles.
