For a year Tails and Sonic kind of worked on what they salvaged out of Eggman's HQ before blowing it up, and furthered their Fake Chaos Emerald production alongside making prototypes for certain other technologies. Then a few weeks passed between Tails's betrayal and this point in the story. I'd say 60 weeks have passed, give or take?
