So, there's one article everyone asks me how to write, and I've never known how to answer it. "How do I write a story?" Like... I went to school for years to figure out how to do it, and even then, it wasn't enough. It took a lot of writing on my own to get there. But nobody wants to hear "practice," any more than I want to hear that when I'm trying to learn 3d modeling. I know that what I want is a step by step guide that helps me learn the overall shape of the thing and the core ideas behind it.

So, a few months back, I started an article about scene dynamics, because that seemed like something people would like. The idea was, "hey, people write a lot of scenes, but they drag. Why is that?" Since I knew the answer was scene dynamics, I wrote about that. And... then I laid some groundwork... and then I realized I was writing an entire piece about how to work from an idea to a story, from one scene to ordering the story to planning out each scene.

So that's what my latest piece is.

Medical visits have gone up by about $90 a week. It sucks. But hey, my hip pain and sciatica is greatly improved.

Honestly, I'm not doing too well. I'm working as hard as I can as much as I can to hopefully find some way of making it out alive, but it's hard. I've got another 30,000 words or so sitting in my drafts, so you'll get something soon, but I apologize for how rough I've been. I'm currently having to choose between cooking, cleaning, or work on a given day, and I've not been playing as many games as I want.

Here's the article, I hope it helps. Thank you so much for your continued support.

Thanks for the content, this one looks really interesting and useful to me. I'm not a professional creative, but I do DM for D&D, and there's a surprising amount of skill cross-over.
