Exploring Open D & Forever by Roy Harper

My broadband has now mysteriously, but thankfully, returned to its normal speed, so today's video uploaded in a mere hour or so. And I have something for you acoustic players this week. I'm exploring the beautiful sound of open D tuning. There's a beginner's guide to getting started with this tuning, and in the 2nd part of the lesson I look at one of my fave open D tracks, Forever by Roy Harper.

This live video of Roy playing the song was really helpful for me to get the details correct in my version, although the arrangement here is a bit different from the studio recording and some parts are missing. (Notice his habit of sometimes skipping the 3rd thumb note in the bar.)

Tab is below. I've tried to make it a nice playable version rather than being too slavish to every last detail of the original (though it's still pretty close to what Roy plays).
