Spooky Halloween Special

There's a new video out today (I thought I'd release this one a day earlier than usual to get a little more Halloween mileage out of it) I'm looking at the song Spooky, originally a hit for 60s beat combo Classics IV. And this basically gives me an excuse to talk about all kinds of interesting guitar things - groovy rhythm ideas, playing vocal melodies on the guitar, double stops, and soloing using the dorian mode. It's very much aimed at beginners, so may well be too basic for many people here. But if you are a beginner looking to get into soloing and improvisation, or perhaps a self-taught intermediate player looking to fill in some gaps in your knowledge then it might be of interest. (I had wondered whether I could somehow tie it in with Patreon membership, but that proved too complicated to set up! So for now it's a stand alone course.)
