"A dry, gritty breeze rolls across the quarry, carrying the sharp scent of crushed stone and freshly split granite. Sunlight glints off scattered picks and dented helmets, their metal warm to the touch amid the constant scrape of boots over gravel.

Tents cluster along the upper ridge, canvas rustling softly while wooden bridges creak under the weight of workers moving between levels. Now, you arrive at the quarry."

Quarry is a 34×44 map — a working excavation site with tents arranged along the upper ridge, stone piles sorted by size, and wooden walkways linking different levels of the pit. The map can represent both an operational quarry or an abandoned one, depending on how these elements are used.

This map, as usual, comes with a number of tiles to adjust the encounter to your needs, and has been set up in our Foundry module to make it easy for you to swap between the variants!
