Minutemen - West Germany
Added 2019-02-22 10:33:23 +0000 UTCMorning all. In today's video I'm looking at the song West Germany by the influential 80s punk band Minutemen. If you're unfamiliar with the band I recommend taking a listen to their epic 1984 album Double Nickels on the Dime.
West Germany is a fairly simple song - just 2 riffs. But I have to say I found it quite challenging to get it up to speed and sounding convincing. Hope you enjoy learning it. Link + music/tab can be found below. I've written in full down-up picking indications as I thought that might be helpful with this one. You don't have to do it exactly this way, but it works for me.
