"The sewers twist and groan beneath the city, a claustrophobic tunnel of rusted pipes and dripping valves, where stagnant puddles reflect the sickly glow of your torchlight.

The air is thick with the stench of mold, rotting wood, and something older—dusty, dry, and wrong. Along the cracked stone floor lie scraps of debris: splintered boards, crushed cans, and the occasional rat-chewed rag.

One wall has collapsed in a jagged spill of bricks and filth, revealing a yawning breach into ancient stone—beyond it, the air changes. It’s colder. Still. And carries the dry, bitter scent of long-dead things that never left. What do you do?"

Sewer Crypt is a 36×45 map—what begins as a narrow, foul-smelling tunnel of rusted pipes and standing water takes a sudden turn where a collapsed wall reveals an ancient tomb beyond. The air shifts from damp rot to dry decay, and the silence past the breach feels heavy, like something’s listening.

This map, as usual, comes with a number of tiles to adjust the encounter to your needs, and has been set up in our Foundry module to make it easy for you to swap between the variants!
