"Beneath the crumbling city streets lies the sewer hospital — a half-forgotten labyrinth where rusted pipes snake across slime-slick walls, their joints hissing with steam or weeping brownish drips into stagnant puddles below.
The air is thick with the stench of rot, old blood, and sour disinfectant, barely masking the acrid tang of waste that flows in sluggish, grey currents through open channels.

The faint groans of patients echo through the dim corridors, their sickbeds nothing more than damp, splintered pallets topped with mold-stained mattresses.
Nearby, a shadowy market buzzes with hushed voices and clinking glass — a black-market haven where contraband liquor and illicit tonics are traded beneath the gaze of indifferent orderlies. As your boots squelch against the filth-caked floor, a distant cough echoes through the gloom. What do you do?"

Sewers Hospital is a 33×39 map of a low-ceilinged undercroft where orderlies wheel carts of rusted bandages past rows of wooden pallets topped with threadbare mattresses, the drip-drip of seepage echoing off stained brick.

This map, as usual, comes with a number of tiles to adjust the encounter to your needs and has been set up in our Foundry module to make it easy for you to swap between the variants!
