Health update: I live

To update, I had a bad case of loose bowel movement that fucked up my gut to the point that I had blood in my stool. I had fever too so I was extra miserable. But now, I am healed hurrah. All me medical fees have been unironically covered by your generous support so without you guys, I still would have been shitting my guts out right now.
