The reasons for that are fairly complex but either way I'm almost done and will be writing my finals in October of this year. Then I will finally hold what in Germany we call Abitur in my hands which allows me apply for a programme at university wherever I choose.
Before that, during Germany's six week summer holidays, I will be going on a trip to Berlin. I've been there twice before but never have I had the big city all to myself. Believe it or not, it's the first holiday on my own!
And the only reason I'm able to finance five days of Berlin is because of you guys. Thanks to Patreon subscriptions, PayPal tips, and Nexus donation points, I can pay for the journey and a hotel room without having to worry about money for the rest of the summer.
I will pass through the Brandenburger Tor, I will pay my respects at the Holocaust Memorial, I will visit the Pergamon museum again, hell, I have enough time to check out some of the other museums too. To top it all off, through lucky coincidence and my mom's quick thinking, I'll be fully vaccinated by then.
