If you are unhappy I suggest others do the same as he is advertising for new customers and this surely is immoral when he is currently failing to meet current obligations and effectively ignoring exisiting paying customers. I think its only fair potential new customers know the current situation. A little pressure may get him to do something!!

Hi GGW - Like other Patreon's have experienced, I;ve yet to get April's releases either. Neither a google drive link or an MMF link. I've messaged you twice and yet to get a response.

If you are concerned about this Patreon not honoring their rewards and are looking at cancelling I suggest you read https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021113811-How-do-I-request-a-refund- as it seems refunds requests will not be honored unless the Patreon decides to do so. Also its worrying that Patreons policy states "While it is discouraged, it is not a violation of our terms if a creator doesn't deliver the expected benefits." So basically a Patreon can take your money and not deliver on the goods. Saying that I hope the Patreon is able to sort out everyone's problems and nothing is too seriously wrong at their end, considering they've had Covid!

Much the same as everyone else, I have yet to receive the April Pack. To be honest, the whole idea of getting the release at the end of the month seems a bit backwards. Most other Patreons release it either across the whole month or at the start, then spend the rest of the month working on the next one.

Must say I love the style of the figures but so far since joining a month ago I am still to recieve a single file. Looks like my money will be going to a more deserving patreon
