Of course they did not do anything, but very convincingly moaning and dirty talking in microphone. And sound of spanking was made by Trey, when he lifted his t-shirt and slapped his belly. And a guy, who appears for a split of second, when Kyle took tape from Butters, is just a random guy in some gym.
