In a split second, you consider your targets. Dagger lingers at the edge of the group, his rifle strapped to his back, a lone dagger at his side. Tasha’s hand hovers over her crossbow, as she stares at Jaime. Crusher grips the hilt of his machete, his other hand sliding toward the Colt Python at his waist. The metallic snap of a selector switch catches your ear as Nina reaches for her submachine gun. Her eyes narrow as she glares at you. Slick, already turning to bolt for cover, makes no move for the shotgun slung over his shoulder.
(By the way, here is what you see if you have a low Search skill.)

Crusher moves his hand toward his waist. There’s a metallic click somewhere, and Nina grabs her submachine gun. Slick stares between members of your group.

It seems like this would be a good spot for a perception check. Like the amount of details would be greater if you had higher perception but it would be more difficult with lower level perception. It would be more of a guessing game

2024-10-19 16:27:26 +0000 UTCHoly, the Forest Rats have upgraded from when we first met them! If this is a small party that's tooled up, I'm worried about the others in that nest have. Plus if they have numbers it's danger.

2024-10-17 22:56:47 +0000 UTCYeah, I'm not gonna ignore someone who's not only gunning for a fight but they're also planning on using her SMG on me? Yeah, she's going down first. After her would be either Tasha or Crusher since Tasha seems like a good shot but Crusher has a Colt and I know those can hit hard from what I've seen in TV Shows/Movies.
