The main group is preparing to head across the lake to meet the River Dogs. They are currently living in an abandoned factory/warehouse. Even though the River Dogs are a desperate group that is struggling to survive, I want to make it worthwhile for the group to work with them. I was thinking that they can have something unique that makes them valuable as allies or potentially for the group to take (for those doing a less moral approach).

Below are ideas for the types of items that the factory used to produce and now has in storage:

Outdoor Gear Manufacturing: high-quality hiking and camping equipment, including tents, backpacks, sleeping bags, and waterproof clothing.

Solar Panels and Batteries: The warehouse might have been a distribution center for solar energy equipment, including portable solar panels and rechargeable batteries.

Medical Supplies: medical equipment, first-aid supplies, bandages, antiseptics, surgical tools, crutches, etc.

Agricultural Equipment: farming tools like shovels, rakes, hoes, and even seeds or soil supplements.

Industrial Tools and Hardware: hammers, saws, wrenches, and power tools, as well as larger machines and specialized hardware.

Winter Survival Equipment: cold-weather survival gear such as thermal blankets, insulated clothing, snowshoes, ice axes, and portable stoves.

Construction Materials: lumber, concrete mix, insulation, and fasteners. These supplies could be used to fortify shelters, expand living spaces, or construct defensive barriers.
